Iphone Pouch Tutorial

This is my favorite iphone pouch tutorial, everything just works! The tutorial was posted by Amy on duringquiettime.blogspot.com and can be found here. This pouch can be made by any scrap fabric, but I will be posting a fabric printing tutorial soon if you would rather customize yours.

Happy New Year Everyone!

Well I can't believe that 2011 is over, it has gone by so fast! I certainly am enjoying the time off and some of my gifts!! One gift in particular has inspired this post. My wonderful sis gave me two sewing books; One Yard Wonders and SEW UI am self taught and these two books have really improved my sewing. They are so easy to read and simple enough for a beginner to understand. I highly recommend these books for anyone interested in sewing and doesn't like big complicated dictionary like books!

Here are some of the finished products...

Baby Gift Set
Baby Gift Set
This adorable set comes with a baby poncho 0-3/4 months, a burp cloth, and a matching big. Its made out of felt so its really soft and comfy. I especially like the wide sleeves for baby's added comfort.

Diaper on the Go bag. Very simple to make and comes in handy when running a small errand and don't need to carry everything in the diaper bag.
